Adrian is legal and legislative expert with 8 years experience in general legal practice, commercial and corporate consultancy services, tax administration, and corporate tax compliance advice and has done leading consultations and research works for National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), Carter Center (USA), Budget Advocacy Network, Global Aluminum Limited etc. He has provided several consultancy services to Plan International and other international and national organizations operating in Sierra Leone in developing legal frameworks in various governance, corporate governance, communications, and banking sectors in Sierra Leone. He has over the years worked in leading law firms such as KMK Solicitors and Taylor & Associates in Sierra Leone and acquired valuable experience and expertise in commercial litigation, corporate governance labor/employment litigation, and governance and rule of law matters. He also offers pro bono legal services to destitute litigants in matters of human rights violations such as murder, sexual and domestic violence, unlawful dismissals, etc.

He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Sierra Leone, with relevant experience in litigation in both the inferior and superior courts of Judicature. He has extensive knowledge of, and has been involved in a wide range of corporate/commercial practice, including without limitation, Admiralty Law, Business Law, Banking Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Dispute Resolution and Negotiation, Estate and Property Law, Family Law, Labour and Industrial Law etc.

Demonstrable skills in drafting and construction of legal documents, litigation in the Magistrate and High Court, and has worked actively in both civil and criminal matters, corporate, environmental, health and safety law etc. Ms. Kuyembeh played a pivotal role in the Law Hub of Sierra Leone, a project aimed at compiling and promoting legal resources for public access, addressing the challenges of limited access to case law and legal information in Sierra Leone. She has been constantly involved in Legal Research and has leveraged her innovative skills she gained through her active involvement in various youth-led advocacy groups.
